We are selling our cozy and very energy-efficient house in the municipality of Ruhwinkel on the edge of the Holstein Switzerland district of Plön.

The house is designed for two people to live in permanently.
A vacation home rental is possible and it would then also be suitable for families.
Vacation homes or apartments are offered in the village itself and are also regularly frequented.

Ruhwinkel is located on the edge of Holstein Switzerland in the district of Plön between Wankendorf and Bornhöved (2 km each).

There you will find everything you need, shopping, schools, doctors, pharmacy, hardware stores, gas stations, etc.
The highway A21 can be reached quickly.
The district town of Plön is about 20 minutes away.

Our house itself is idyllically situated on the edge of a nature reserve. There are many lakes and forests for hiking and cycling in the immediate vicinity, the Baltic Sea beaches from Eckernförde via Kiel to Travemünde can all be reached within about 50 minutes, Hamburg itself and the international airport take about an hour's drive. The nearest major train station is Neumünster, 15 km. Distance.
There are no large photovoltaic plants or wind turbines in the vicinity and this will remain so.
