Old town house including 1 garage and large covered balcony (>30sqm)

It is best to make an appointment for a viewing by telephone.
You open the garage door with the remote control and drive directly into the house, from there it goes directly to the apartment. Of course there is also a separate front door which you can reach via the courtyard. There is a very large covered balcony/outdoor seating area.
There is a garage on the first floor which is also rented out.

The house is located in the center of Eschenbach in the quiet old town. Very close to the town hall.
Hiking and cycling trails are within easy reach, children's playgrounds and the large nature and bird sanctuary are not far away. Directly adjacent to Eschenbach is the largest recognized moor spa in northern Bavaria. From the living room you have a view of the historic baking oven and the old town. Parking spaces are available. A large municipal parking lot for visitors is very close by and can be reached in a few minutes.
Restaurants, banks and stores for everyday shopping are available. A playground and multi-generational park are within walking distance.
Eschenbach has many clubs, from sports to small animal breeders, fishing and inventors' associations.
Larger towns nearby are: University town Bayreuth approx. 40 km away, Weiden approx. 30 km. Nuremberg and Regensburg are a little further away at a distance of approx. 100 km each.
