21391 Reppenstedt – NiedersachsenThe property was built in 1986. It is a mid-terrace house and part of a community of owners with 8 terraced houses. The co-ownership share is 1/8 of a plot area of 1,617 sqm combined with the special ownership of terraced house no. 3.
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a park-like setting. The city center of Lüneburg is a good 3 km away.
The vendor has lived in the house alone as the second owner since 1994. The house has been little used during this time. The wear and tear on the house is correspondingly low. Upon moving in, the floors were renewed throughout the house (parquet and tiles), a new kitchen was installed and a carport was built in front of the house.
In the years 1994 to 2002, shutters were installed on the windows on the ground floor and first floor.

Room A on the upper floor is technically divisible (electricity, heating, doors are prepared accordingly). The room in the pointed gable is fitted with dormer windows. The terrace tiles are peeling off and need to be replaced. Some floor tiles in the bathroom are loose and can be re-glued. The fiber optic connection inside the house was only provisionally installed. A cladding board on the carport needs to be replaced.
