The development is planned as a two-storey building with detached single-family houses and semi-detached houses in accordance with development plan no. 240 "redensification between Halinger Dorfstraße and Am Abendsiepen". No architect or developer commitment!
Building plots 1 - 3 will be developed with single-family houses; alternatively, two residential units (multi-generation house) or a single-family house with a granny apartment are also permitted. Building plots 4 and 5 can be developed together with a single-family house or a semi-detached house. Alternatively, two residential units per semi-detached house are permitted here (one semi-detached house max. 4 residential units).
The individual plot sizes and prices can be found in the attached list.
The development of the building plots via a private road is currently being planned. The private road will be constructed with post-top luminaires from BEGA according to the lighting design. According to the current state of planning, we expect construction of the road to progress by the end of the year, so that purchasers can start building their property from this date.
