We are renting a newly renovated, bright 4-room apartment with balcony at Rosa Luxemburg Straße 39. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, is 81 square meters in size and has a nice, new laminate floor. There is a green inner courtyard to relax in, with plenty of space for children to play and parking spaces for bicycles. The apartment has a fitted kitchen and of course a cellar.
There are lots of children in the shared house, which is why we would be happy to rent to a small family. For example, the neighbor's children can play together in the sheltered courtyard and mom and dad can relax in peace.
The apartment is located opposite Aldi, Rossmann and Co. and is therefore extremely practical for families.
The apartment is available from 01.07.2024.
Basic rent: 680 euros, ancillary costs: 200 euros, deposit: 2040 euros

The advance payment for ancillary costs refers to two tenants, for each additional tenant the advance payment increases by 30 euros.
