We are offering several plots for sale in an attractive and quiet location just outside the Dresden and Saxon Switzerland regions.

Wilschdorf is a district of the municipality of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach and has approx. 700 inhabitants.
Wilschdorf is located in the immediate vicinity of the B6 and thus offers optimal connections to Dresden (approx. 10 min, city center / airport approx. 30 min), Bischofswerda, Radeberg, Pirna (approx. 15 min each) and the Saxon Switzerland National Park.
Bus routes 261 (Dresden - Sebnitz) and 233 (Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach) run from Wilschdorf and can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. There is a train connection from Dürrröhrsdorf and Helmsdorf to Pirna and Neustadt. There is also a train connection in Arnsdorf to Bautzen / Görlitz, Dresden and Zittau.

There is a day care center in the village, the elementary school is located in Dürrröhrsdorf, 5 minutes away (by car). Secondary schools can be found in the nearby towns of Stolpen, Weißig and Pirna.
All shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the municipality. The Gelbrich butcher's can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Medical care is available in the municipality. There are gyms, museums, DIY stores, cinemas, restaurants and everything else you need in the surrounding area.
The nearest restaurant with a beer garden is just a 15-minute walk away through the adjacent woodland, which is also ideal for a walk.
In Wilschdorf and the municipality of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach, a large number of clubs provide interesting leisure activities. In the village, these include the volunteer fire department, the motorcycle enthusiasts, the riding and driving club and the local heritage association.
