The kitchen is very high quality and modern and contains energy-saving brand appliances. These include a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and a coffee machine. The dining table is made of solid wood.

The living room has a very large couch that can be extended in depth, so that a lying surface of 1.40 m width is also created here and can therefore be used very well as a guest bed. The W-Lan TV and the coffee table (also made of solid wood) round off the living room.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a very good view and allow plenty of light into the apartment and can be darkened by external blinds.

Rooms 2 & 3 are identically furnished and each contain a new large box-spring bed (double bed 1.80 m wide), a closet and a chest of drawers. Alternatively, one of the rooms could also be used as an office.
