Our beautiful property, a former farmhouse (1819) with outbuildings (1799), has been lovingly renovated over many years, resulting in a village house with lots of charm and character.
The main house was completely renovated in 1993 and has been modernized ever since. The outbuilding, which formerly housed the stables, was also converted and extended in 2010, creating a new, unique living area with many possible uses, in which the originality of this building complex can be recognized in many places.
A small part of the interior of the barn is in its original state and therefore offers the opportunity to implement your own ideas. In the large and lovingly landscaped garden you can relax and enjoy a magnificent view over the Hochwald to the Erbeskopf.
It is not for nothing that our house was awarded 2nd place in the "exemplary property" competition of the Birkenfeld district in 2011.
