The property is located on the northern outskirts of Hammah. Access is via a 24 m long path. The nearby train station with rail and suburban train connections provides good transport links. A doctor's surgery, kindergarten, elementary school, sports facilities, bank and shopping facilities are available in the village. Secondary schools, doctors and extensive shopping facilities are available in Himmelpforten, 4 km away, and in the district town of Stade (approx. 10 km).
