The complex was built in 2001 with an underground parking garage. The special thing about the concept of the houses and apartments in Gut Lindenhof is that you have direct access to the house from the underground garage, so that dirt, shoes, jackets, etc. stay in the cellar... Brauweiler has all the main shopping and service facilities, from post office and dry cleaners to bakers and doctors. There are also kindergartens and schools in the immediate vicinity. Brauweiler has a rather village-like character, but connections to the S-Bahn, buses and highways are all available within a few minutes.
