We are renting out our cozy, well-maintained one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, with elevator access.

It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. There is a large and cozy living/bedroom area with a large bed, TV, dining table, wardrobe, and plenty of storage space.
The beautiful kitchen is equipped with built-in cabinets, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, and cutlery, and everything else you need for daily life.
The tiled bathroom with a bathtub and window is equipped with a washing machine.
A vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board are also available.

We offer a fixed-term lease agreement of 12 months, with the option to extend. The gross monthly rent includes internet costs.

The connection to public transportation is very good. Three bus lines (M76/187/181) are only 50 meters away. The S-Bahn station Feuerbachstrasse (S1) can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot and the subway station Walther-Schreiber-Platz (U9) in approx. 12 minutes on foot. Everyday stores are practically on the doorstep: Netto, REWE, ALDI, Edeka, bakeries and restaurants.
