Our special property is located in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde in the district of Götheby-Holm. On the approximately 4000 m² large ingrown property, which was laid out in a park-like manner and with great attention to detail and offers an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei, there is space for all generations to live and or work. The Swedish house is currently rented out as a vacation home.

Fleckeby is a municipality with 2200 inhabitants. The federal highway 76 leads through the village in the direction of Eckernförde or Schleswig. The Holmer bathing beach is approx. 700 m from the property.
In Fleckeby you will find:
a medical center, dentists, physiotherapists, a pharmacy. There is also a grocery store-Edeka with post office, bakery, organic farmers, flower store, hairdressers, car repair shop, petrol station, driving schools, electrical store, snack bar and a restaurant. Elementary school approx. 500 m, secondary schools are located in Eckernförde (10 km) and Schleswig (12 km) Bus runs every hour, bus stop 20 m away.

The region around the Baltic Sea inlet Schlei has a special charm. Between Flensburg on the Danish border and Kiel, the Ostseefjord Schlei vacation region awaits you. The heart of the former Viking country is the Schlei, Schleswig-Holstein's longest Baltic Sea estuary at 42 kilometers. Here you can not only swim, but also go sailing, canoeing and much more. To the south, Fleckeby borders the Hüttener Berge, which are ideal for hiking and cycling. The varied landscape conservation areas have a special recreational value. The popular Ostseebad-Eckernförde with its spa beach is only 10 km away.
