The house, centrally located in the center of Lengfeld, was completed in 2020.
The house was built solidly with insulating bricks.
The bright and large windows are fitted with triple insulating glass.
The windows have plastic roller shutters in the permanently installed roller blind boxes
with electric drive. The roof windows were also fitted with external roller blinds with electric drives.
The apartments will have real wood parquet flooring, with tiles laid in the kitchen area.
All apartments have a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery, which can optionally be fitted with a pollen filter for allergy sufferers. The space heating is a gas boiler for each apartment, which provides underfloor heating, the radiator in the bathroom and the hot water supply.
All bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bathtub.
There is space for a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
A satellite system is available for TV reception.
The telephone and internet connection can be made via normal Telekom cable or via Kabel-Deutschland (min. 100 mbit).
All apartments have a cellar storage compartment.

Should you wish to purchase an electric car, we can have a fixed charging cable laid to your car, which will be connected to the apartment's electricity meter.
The house has been inspected in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance and
has an energy certificate. The energy requirement is: A (31kwh/m2-a).
