Currently, several spaces are available in the office building at Carenaallee 8 in Hoppegarten, ranging from a compact single office of 21.69 m² to approximately 110 m² of connected spaces.

The special feature: On the first floor, there are no fixed partitions. We will create your space exactly as you need it – a single room, multiple rooms, or even an entire side of the floor. Simply tell us how many square meters you require and how you work, and we will design the rest together.

On the ground floor, there is also a self-contained unit consisting of two rooms, totaling approximately 100 m², which is accessible at ground level, without stairs.

Most of the office spaces have been renovated. Unrenovated spaces will be prepared by us, or, by arrangement, they can be taken over in their current condition and designed by you.

In addition, there is a separate gatehouse on the property, with approximately 55 m² and its own entrance. It can be used as a storage space for your individual concept!

Carenaallee 8 is located in the Hoppegarten industrial and logistics park, approximately 500 meters from the eastern city limits of Berlin – making it a location that combines Berlin's accessibility with Brandenburg's cost-effectiveness.

Transport­ation:
The B1/B5 highway runs directly alongside the industrial park, and the Hellersdorf interchange for the A10 (Berlin Ring) is reachable in just a few minutes. Via the B1, you can quickly reach Berlin-Mahlsdorf, Kaulsdorf, and Marzahn-Hellersdorf, and in the opposite direction, Strausberg and Frankfurt (Oder). The location is also accessible by public transport via the Hoppegarten and Birkenstein (S5) S-Bahn stations, as well as Berlin-Mahlsdorf, making it feasible for employees from Berlin to commute without a car.
