The farm is located in Kleinkahl in the Bavarian Lower Main region on the western edge of the Spessart in the upper Kahlgrund. The village of Kleinkahl itself lies on the two watercourses Kahl and Kleine Kahl between Edelbach and Kleinlaudenbach. The Kahltal-Spessart cycle path and the Franconian Marienweg trail run through Kleinkahl. The plot is in a quiet location with access to a small stream. The elementary school, restaurant and village store, which stocks all the essential groceries, are within easy walking distance. There is also a kindergarten in the village. In the summer months, Kleinkahl celebrates some lovely festivals on the fairground.
The next largest city, Aschaffenburg, can be reached by car within 30 minutes and Frankfurt Airport via the A3 within 57 minutes.
There is a fitness studio and a natural adventure pool in the nearest town. The surrounding forests and recreational areas are ideal for relaxing walks and long bike rides.
