Vacation home with air heat pump directly on the water

In the new "Am Wangermeer" development area in Hohenkirchen, this attractive residential complex with 2 high-quality units has been under construction since November 2022 on a 510 sqm plot of land directly on the lake. The use allows for commercial vacation rentals. The renowned building contractor and all the tradesmen are specialist companies from the region. One residential unit has approx. 95 sqm of living space. The right half of the house has already been sold.
