4 two-room apartments and 4 three-room apartments. The most important thing about a fully rented apartment building is the tenants. They are very accommodating and uncomplicated and very helpful, especially among themselves. The community works well here and that is why I am selling to a buyer who will be good to the tenants.

All apartments are optimally laid out and all have very large eat-in kitchens, all of which are covered with terrazzo floors.
