The plot covers around 509 m2 and is a corner plot. The existing building is due for a complete renovation, the gutting has already begun but will not be continued.
Since the plot is predestined for an extension of the old building, a preliminary building application was submitted to the building regulations office of the city of Krefeld and approved (see pictures). It would also be conceivable to completely demolish the old building and erect a new one.
The attached energy certificate was created before the gutting. Since
