The house was built in its current form in 1998 by extending an existing small house.
It is characterized by solid construction and has been generously divided up. There is currently a large living room, a spacious kitchen and hallway as well as a bedroom and bathroom. It is also possible to divide the living room into two rooms so that a total of 3 rooms can be used if required.

The building is entered from the front via a veranda. From here, you enter the living room via the hallway and the spacious kitchen area. The kitchen has a fitted kitchen, which is in good condition, a gas stove and an exit to the terrace.
The bedroom and bathroom also lead off the hallway.

When the building was extended in 1998, significant parts of the house were modernized: the windows were replaced, gas central heating was installed and a new bathroom was fitted.

At the rear of the property there is a garage, a small workshop and a garden shed.

In order to create additional living space, the building could be extended or the attic could be converted, in addition to dividing the living room.
The house is located at the rear of the property - in the second row. It would also be possible to build a second detached house on the front part of the plot.

The house is located in the very well-kept and attractive residential area of Mahlsdorf-Nord on a paved road. The neighborhood in this quiet residential area consists exclusively of detached houses and gardens. Despite the proximity to the city with all its advantages, you will find a very green environment with a correspondingly high residential and recreational value. The property is located in a side street south of the Hönow underground station, which is only used by residents.
Mahlsdorf has a very good infrastructure with everything you need to live. The Hönow underground station or the Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station can be reached in a few minutes by bus or bicycle.
