The roof as well as the waste and fresh water pipes of the apartment building were extensively renovated in the 1990s. Furthermore, gas central heating was installed. The hot water is heated decentrally via instantaneous water heaters or boilers. The electrical risers were renewed and meter boxes in the basement were centralized. The hallway is in a tidy condition. Some of the windows have been replaced with high-quality insulated wooden windows. All residential units were modernized after the tenants moved out.
