Why we are looking for a successor:

Due to a partial sale of 3 branches of the overall company (small branch operation), the current owners have decided to hand over the business as part of a consolidation process.

The acoustics division in particular could be continued without restriction and immediately. All necessary measuring equipment is available and the hearing booth is of course certified.

Not too long ago, the company expanded its portfolio to include the optics division and subsequently integrated it as part of extensive store (re)construction measures (see photos). All the necessary measuring equipment is also available. Sales in the optics area are still manageable, but there is certainly room for growth and expansion.

The business should preferably be handed over "as a whole". However, as already described, the company is open to possible partnerships or cooperations. In principle, advice and support, a network and know-how are available in full, but personnel support is only available to a very limited extent.

The owners' financial expectations depend on the type and scope of a takeover and/or cooperation. In principle, however, these can be described as very moderate. It is more important that the business is passed into good hands!

The property is therefore particularly suitable for founders who would like to set up their own business with little equity, as the current owners are not closed to longer-term and creative financial commitments. However, all other interested parties are of course also welcome.

If you are not interested in continuing the aforementioned lines of business (optics / acoustics) but are interested in the store itself, it would also be possible, under certain conditions, to establish another business and take over the high-quality fittings (store fitting, counter, etc.).
