The building plots are located in the development area of the new center of Schönefeld. The site is very well connected to the center of Berlin thanks to the A113 freeway exit and the Schönefeld train station, which is within walking distance. Berlin-Brandenburg Airport can be reached by car in approx. 5 minutes and by S-Bahn in 2 stops. A new district is being created here in Schönefeld with great potential thanks to its excellent location. A number of residential and commercial properties have already been built around the centrally located town hall.
