In this respect, in the period from fall 2025 to late summer 2026, all those interested in use & participation will have the opportunity to incorporate individual wishes & plans into the current planning!
Spatial additions: 2 directly neighboring RESIDENTIAL HOUSES, each with its own natural or garden plot (1 x with larger barn) are planned for successive acquisition by us.

(plus corresponding peripheral services such as a doctor's surgery, physiotherapy, sauna & bathing area etc.)
-ÖKO-BAU-FORUM':
innovative offer, unique in the entire north-east of the country.
Here, owners of properties acquired for use, conversion & renovation in the region & network can be shown & offered sustainable, ecological & modern construction & insulation techniques on site.
For this purpose, either the existing halls are available as exhibition halls or exhibition areas, as well as the NEW BUILDING AREA in the courtyard directly behind the field horse stable!
