The house was built in 1989 by the construction company Manke from Henstedt-Ulzburg. The house has been maintained by the two owners for over 30 years.

There is space for up to 5 cars on the property. Depending on the size of the cars, they can be parked under the carport.

The kitchen, as well as the guest WC on the ground floor and the full bathroom on the first floor are functional and usable, making it possible to move in quickly.
