This well-kept and individual detached house in the Lüneburg Heath has 4 rooms spread over three levels.

The house was completely renovated, extended and modernized in 2019. The former basement was completely converted into living space with a ceiling height of 2.5 m and an extension plus terrace was added.
All bathrooms, floors, supply lines and the fitted kitchen were renewed. A spacious terrace in the style of a roof terrace was built above the new extension in the basement. The entire house was newly clinkered and the garage and driveway were newly built.

The house impresses with its individual floor plan. On the top floor there is an airy bedroom with a full bathroom ensuite.
On the first floor is the modern country-style fitted kitchen with cooking island and the adjoining living/dining room with direct access to the "roof terrace" above the basement. There is also a guest WC on this level.
The spacious extension is located in the basement, as is a bedroom with en-suite shower room and private access to the house.

The municipality of Undeloh, with just under 1,000 inhabitants, comprises six districts and belongs to the joint municipality of Hanstedt in the southern district of Harburg.

Due to its good connection to the A7, Undeloh is located in the commuter area of Hamburg. Shopping facilities, day nurseries, primary and secondary schools are located in Holm-Seppensen, Hanstedt and Egestorf.

In Undeloh you will find a store selling traditional handicrafts and a small selection of everyday products, a bakery with a café, a butcher, an Italian restaurant, country inns and a lovingly run tea room. Undeloh is part of the Hamburg public transport network; school buses run here.

Undeloh is surrounded in all directions by the Lüneburg Heath nature reserve. Here you live in harmony with nature. You can go on extensive hikes, bicycle tours or carriage rides through the Lüneburg Heath without having to move your car. Undeloh has around 40 coach companies. Day trips can be made to the Hanstedt and Egestorf forest baths, the Egestorf barefoot park, the Niendorf wildlife park, the picturesque town of Lüneburg, the Lüneburg salt thermal baths, the Center Parcs Bispingen, the Heidepark Soltau, the Wilsede museum village, the Bossard cultural site or Hamburg, which is only about 50 km away.
