We are renting out a spacious, completely renovated first floor apartment in Adlkofen, including garage and additional parking space if desired. Also possible on a temporary basis!

The apartment is ideal for small families who want to live in peace and quiet away from the stress of everyday life and appreciate the tranquillity of nature.
Large fields start right on the doorstep and invite you to take endless walks. Or do you prefer jogging?

The apartment consists of a spacious entrance (hallway) area, from where you can reach all rooms:
The spacious new and modern living room with fireplace, an open kitchen/dining area, this with a total area of approx. 55 m². The bright dining area with access to the conservatory, equipped with underfloor heating. This has direct access to the terrace and a wonderful view to the south over the wide fields. The kitchen has a separate pantry with a window for optimum ventilation.

The living space including conservatory is approx. 162 m², the terrace extends over approx. 23 m².

Refurbishment in 2023/2024:
New floors, new bathroom, guest WC, triple-glazed windows, oil heating replaced with a heat pump. A new stylish kitchen equipped with ceramic hob (induction) with integrated extractor fan, oven with steam additive, dishwasher etc. leaves nothing to be desired.

The municipality of Adlkofen is located approx. 8 km east of Landshut, so you can quickly reach the university town with all its amenities and excellent infrastructure.

You will find your new home on the outskirts of Adlkofen, in the Günzkofen district. The small district can be reached from Landshut via the state road St 2045, while the B299 from the neighboring village of Geisenhausen takes you quickly to Vilsbiburg. From Landshut, the A 92 highway will take you to Munich or Deggendorf. Landshut is also on the Munich-Regensburg, Munich-Landshut-Passau and Landshut-Mühldorf railroad lines. In Adlkofen itself there are also bus connections to Landshut or Vilsbiburg.

An elementary school and a day care center, as well as general practitioners, a dentist and a pharmacy, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants can be found in Adlkofen - or, of course, in Landshut itself.

For your children there are special vacation and leisure programs, a playground and an idyllic swimming lake in neighbouring Jenkofen.
