Location
The municipality of Adlkofen is located approx. 8 km east of Landshut, so you can quickly reach the university town with all its amenities and excellent infrastructure.
You will find your new home on the edge of Adlkofen, OT Günzkofen. The small district can be reached from Landshut via the St 2045, while the B 299 takes you quickly from the neighboring village of Geisenhausen to Vilsbiburg. From Landshut, the A 92 highway will take you to Munich or Deggendorf. Landshut has excellent connections to the Munich-Regensburg, Munich-Landshut-Passau and Landshut-Mühldorf railroad lines. In Adlkofen itself there are also bus connections to Landshut and Vilsbiburg.
An elementary school and a day care center, general practitioners, a dentist and a pharmacy as well as grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants can be found in Adlkofen - or of course in Landshut itself.
For your children there are special vacation and leisure programs, a playground and an idyllic swimming lake in neighbouring Jenkofen.
