The building can be used as a multi-generational home. On one side there are a total of 3 apartments on 3 floors. One apartment is currently offered as guest accommodation with 8 beds spread over 4 rooms. This apartment can be converted into a rental apartment thanks to the existing power connection. Two apartments each have a balcony.
There is a 4-room apartment with a roof terrace above the café/restaurant.
There is a banqueting hall in the building, which offers space for approx. 100 people to celebrate.
Next to the café/restaurant there is a small store and a disused bakery. There are 12 municipal parking spaces in front of the building.
The outbuilding houses the tool shed and the wood store.
The building includes a pretty beer garden with a tap house, which opened in 2023.
Next to it is a small garden for flowers and shrubs.

Blumberg is a town in the south of the Schwarzwald-Baar district, on the south-eastern edge of the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg.
Its neighboring town to the north is Donaueschingen, to the east Blumberg borders on the Hegau region in the district of Constance, to the south on the Swiss canton of Schaffhausen and
to the west with the district of Waldshut on the High Rhine.
The Wutach Gorge, the source of the Danube and the Wutach Valley Railway are nearby tourist attractions. The house is located in the suburb of Riedöschingen.
Riedöschingen is of Alemannic origin and was incorporated into the town of Blumberg as part of the 1972 municipal reform.
It is only a 15-minute drive to the A81 highway towards Stuttgart or Singen.
Schaffhausen in Switzerland is also only about 25 minutes away by car.
Riedöschingen has around 800 inhabitants and is a small but very close-knit community.
