Private vacation home in the Black Forest with wonderful panoramic views

The vacation home was built in 1984/85 in a vacation village on the southern slope of Öfingen an der Baar, it is detached and has a wood-burning stove that spreads a cozy warmth throughout the house. The house was renovated inside and out in 2023 and is fully furnished.
You reach the front door via a wooden walkway and upon entering the house there is a bathroom with shower/WC in the entrance area, as well as a bedroom with bunk beds before the curved staircase takes you down the gallery, there is another bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor. Next to the staircase in a charming bay window with two windows (view of the Feldberg) is a cozy dining area. Around the corner is a fitted kitchen with a small pantry and a large open-plan living room.
A further room and a small bathroom are located off the living room on the ground floor.
The plot of 345 m² is one of the largest in the vacation village and is located on the edge of the village. There are plenty of parking spaces spread over two large parking areas not far from the house. Loading and unloading is possible at any time directly in front of the house.

The vacation home is located in the picturesque Black Forest on the Baar, with a fantastic view on the southern slope (you can even see the Feldberg directly from the house) and can let your gaze wander over Donaueschingen into the distance....which is very beautiful during the day and at night)
Situated at an altitude of around 850 meters, you can go on wonderful cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling tours in summer and winter (the respective tours run right past the house).
This house is also very suitable for dog owners.
You can also relax in the famous brine bath in Bad Dürrheim.
Thanks to the good transport links via the nearby A 81 highway, you can also visit Lake Constance in 45 minutes.
Due to the altitude, you practically live in a climatic health resort.
