This charming half-timbered house dating from around 1749 stands in an individual style in the middle of a village location in Börry.
A massive extension was added in 1930.
In addition to the house, there are also three sheds with plenty of storage space and room for creative activities on the 1500 m² plot of land. Fruit trees and a small fir forest can be found at the rear of the property, which leads directly to the "Ilse" stream.
The individual character of the house impresses at first glance. It is not a listed building and has been extensively renovated and refurbished since 2018 without changing the original features of the house, including windows, facades, walls, electrics, bathrooms and floors. The heating system (gas) was only renewed in 2022 and has since provided the house with cozy warmth via panel radiators.
