Cozy half-timbered house in Bergisch style

This is a lovingly renovated half-timbered house from the 19th century with a large garden.

The renovation work, which was carried out from 2006-2013, includes electricity and network in all rooms, central heating, windows with blinds, walls and floors, bathrooms and extension with living and kitchen area.

It was important to us to combine the house and its old charm with modernity. This resulted, for example, in the natural staircase with the high walls and the open half-timbering or the area for the fireplace with the old bricks from the house. The garden house, which was the old extension, was also renovated and rebuilt.

The large garden can be accessed from the driveway, past the garage and from the living room via the terrace. The garden offers plenty of space for your own design ideas. There is already a barrel sauna, a large raised bed, a large cherry and elder tree and a huge, beautiful magnolia that blooms twice a year.

In 2014, the ivy-covered house was given a new shell with insulation and Bergisch slate.

Due to the size of the house, it has a variety of possibilities. It is currently also used commercially, for example. It is suitable for large families or there is also the possibility of dividing the upper and lower floors (all pipes are in place).
