Due to the abandonment of our "multi-generation house" project and two sales that did not materialize for various reasons, we are offering a large, versatile property with two residential buildings and outbuildings for sale.

The building façade was fitted with 10 cm insulation mats and an 11.5 cm clinker brick wall with an air layer was pre-walled. A total of 30 new windows (some with soundproof glazing) and exterior doors were installed.

The roof structure of the entire building was replaced; the insulation thickness in the area of the large apartment is approx. 280mm.

As mentioned, we are abandoning the "multi-generation house" project. There is still a lot to do, so this offer is aimed more at professionals or ambitious craftsmen. With the right approach, this property still offers real possibilities for expansion, also with regard to further development of the plot.

All building measures have been applied for and approved.
