We offer flexible office space rentals, with office sizes starting from 30 square meters.

We are renting out five individual offices, each starting at 30 square meters, in a small, three-story office building, located within a small office center on the 1st floor/ground floor, in a prime location in Wiesbaden-Nordstadt (opposite ALDI and REWE). Each office includes a share of the common areas (entrance area with a small kitchenette and access to all offices and restrooms).

The rental price offered here refers to a 30 square meter office space, including the proportional share of common areas, plus a fixed amount for utilities and VAT.

It is also possible to rent the entire office floor (the basic rent is 10.00 EUR per square meter, with utility costs of 3.00 EUR per square meter, both plus VAT).
