76646 Bruchsal (Untergrombach) – Baden-WürttembergDue to relocation, we are renting out our modern, bright 4-room first floor apartment with upscale furnishings and underfloor heating, which we have used ourselves since its completion in 2015.
The apartment has a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. From there you have direct access to the covered terrace and the garden, which face south.
The kitchen consists of a kitchen unit and island with induction hob as well as a counter area. The rear kitchen unit houses the Blanco sink, dishwasher, oven and fridge as well as plenty of storage space. Numerous full-extension drawers and Bosch built-in appliances round off the equipment.
The living/dining area as well as the large master bedroom and the two children's bedrooms are fitted with parquet flooring.
The main bathroom is a daylight bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, toilet and spacious shower (120 x 90 cm). The guest bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower and has a washing machine connection. Both showers have high-quality concealed fittings from Hansgrohe.

It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac where walking speed is mandatory.
