We are renting out this fully equipped and furnished apartment, located in a central yet very quiet and upscale residential area in Weil am Rhein Haltingen. Availability: from July 1st, 2026.

This completely equipped apartment offers everything you need for comfortable living, including a kitchen with all appliances, a bedroom with a large wardrobe, a living room with a large television, a desk with a workspace, a storage room, and a bathroom with a washer-dryer. The apartment is ready to move in from day one, ensuring a stress-free arrival and living experience. It is particularly suitable for commuters, expats, interns, or long-term tenants. For added privacy, the apartment has its own entrance with an outdoor seating area and a private driveway with parking space. Electric car owners will appreciate the convenience of a dedicated 11kW wallbox, allowing for super-fast charging. The apartment is rented including all utilities, eliminating the hassle of setting up contracts with utility providers. The monthly rent is transparently calculated and involves no formalities. The base rent is €980 per month. Additional costs are calculated at €250 per month for one person and €400 per month for two people. The total rent includes:
Heating, parking space, property tax, building insurance, repair costs, caretaker services, basic charges for electricity and water, water (cold/hot) up to 4 cubic meters per month for one person or 8 cubic meters per month for two people, electricity consumption up to 100 kWh per month for one person or 150 kWh per month for two people, satellite TV, household waste bin, paper recycling bin, DECT phone with landline connection and a separate phone number, internet flat rate/Wi-Fi, and telephone calls to German landlines.

The minimum rental period is 2 months. The rental conditions specified apply to rentals of 6 months or longer.
