Terrace:
-The 65 sqm terrace was completely rebuilt. The construction is without any screws in the floor and therefore also "lifelong" durable. Large fine stone tiles (80x80 cm) were laid on the terrace. To the south, the terrace has an aluminum / glass roof with almost 5x3 m which is to be shaded by two separate electric outdoor awnings. In addition, there is a vertical awning in case the evening sun is too much of a nuisance. On the west side of the terrace there is also an electric awning with 6x3 m.
