Young bungalow with 4x10m pool in Scharbeutz-Pönitz is looking for new swimmers

We have transformed an unadorned, very simple bungalow into a treasure chest. Lovingly, well thought out and very generously equipped. The sprinkler system is automatic, it senses the garden's water requirements via a sensor and then kicks in when needed. The robotic lawnmower also helps you maintain the grounds.
The roller shutters work automatically and can also be set to the appropriate times using the Maxcio system on your cell phone.
The open kitchen with the spacious cooking island offers you a 4-burner ceramic induction hob and Bora extractor fan. The kitchen is very generously equipped - just the way I like it. Oven with cold start function (a pizza only takes 10 minutes). Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. Food processor, lots of cutlery and cooking accessories, pots and pans - you can get started right after your purchase - everything is available! Crockery and glasses for 12 .
The living room offers a wall unit with oversized TV - extra large, leather suite consisting of a lounge chair with footstool and 2-seater sofa - as well as coffee table - open to the dining room. Here you will find a console table, a cozy dining table and 6 chairs that invite you to linger after dinner.
Or you can relax in the conservatory, 6 dining chairs and table, wing chairs, also offer a good place to linger. If the sun gets too much, not only the crank sunshade on the terrace but also the automatic shading in the conservatory can be used.
The barbecue trolley and garden tools can be found in the garden shed, in front of which there is also a small "reading area"...
Are you interested in gardening? Then I'll tell you that the wonderful Leonardo da Vinci roses, planted twice as a standard and countless times as a hedge alternating with box trees, will give you pleasure. They sometimes still bloom in November.
There is also a bluebell tree-Paulownia tomentosa, a Japanese maple.

The bungalow is located in the Steenrader Siedlung, 11 minutes by car from the beach - according to the tour planner in the network. A few hundred meters from the nearest discount store or good bakery. There is a train station from which you can also travel to HH, the tickets are available past the bakery in the lottery/stationery store. There are about 23 trains on this route and the journey time to Hamburg is about 1h15 min. it is 70km.
If you like cycling you will find a large selection of beautiful routes, depending on what you want to see and visit.
All the houses in the estate are new, everyone is still working on making it even more beautiful, but there is no more construction noise.
According to the building authority statement from April 2024, an extension or modular home can be built in the garden, e.g. for a home office, up to 60m2, since the buildability is not fully exhausted, thus creating an additional room if needed.
