Our house was built in 2000 as a low-energy house. The property is heated by a new gas condensing boiler (installed in December 2023), which is supported by large solar thermal collectors for hot water production. The energy consumption is only approx. 68kWh/m² per year (valid energy certificate is available). This investment was carried out in 2023, so the new owner is legally covered until 2045.

The entire garden plot is fenced in with 1.80 m high fence elements and gabions.
There is 1 sheltered parking space in the carport and 2 further parking spaces on the forecourt. All doors (front door, outbuilding, garden gate) are equipped with a one-key locking system.
