This furnished apartment is being offered for rent directly by the owner and is available immediately, making it ideal for individuals and commuters. The building is located on the outskirts of town and has a good tenant base.
We are looking for tenants who do not smoke indoors or on the balcony. No pets are allowed.

The 43 square meter apartment consists of a bedroom (with a 1.40 x 2.00 meter bed), a living room, a small bathroom with a shower, and a built-in kitchenette with a dining area (including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, etc., but unfortunately without a dishwasher or separate freezer).
From the living room, you can access a small balcony, from which, hopefully, you will eventually be able to see the Wiesensee lake.
There is a designated space in the laundry room for a washing machine.
