The single-family house for sale was completed in the course of 2002 and was very extensively renovated at the beginning of this year. The guest toilet on the ground floor and the full D-bathroom on the upper floor were renewed. Thus white tiles in industrial design were laid and high-quality sanitary objects as well as ceiling spotlights were installed. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped as follows: WC, bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, illuminated mirror, underfloor heating. The floor plan of the house meets today's requirements for modern living. On the ground floor there is a very bright, spacious living, dining area next to the eat-in kitchen. Through the single window element in the living room you can get to the terrace.

On the ground floor, the hallway, the guest toilet, the storage room and the kitchen are uniformly tiled; the floor of the living/dining room received a parquet floor; a fireplace stove is available in the living room. The community of Seestermühe, which has 1,000 inhabitants, is about 8 km from Elmshorn. The elementary school is in the neighboring village of Seester; the secondary schools are in Elmshorn. The daily necessities are offered in Elmshorn. In Seestermühe there is a marina, a sports club with a wide range of different sports and various other clubs whose members provide variety and entertainment. The communication center of the village is the "Alte Viehwaage". There you can meet for a chat, breakfast, coffee, whisky tasting and so on.
