General information:
The modern residential complex for students is located in the center of Erlangen, on the corner of Henkestraße and Waldstraße. The apartments are very popular with students and Siemens employees due to their central location and facilities.

The apartment on offer here faces west towards the quiet inner courtyard. It is equipped with a small kitchenette including hob and fridge. The bathroom has a modern design with a floor-level shower and towel radiator.

There are 63 apartments on 4 floors in the building.

Bicycle parking spaces are located in the inner courtyard. Depending on availability, a parking space can be rented in the underground garage in the neighboring building.

The house was built in 2011 as a KfW Efficiency House 70 (EnEV 2009). Controlled ventilation with heat recovery also helps to save energy costs and creates a good indoor climate.

Optimal city location for students from which all important points of contact are accessible on foot or by bike:

- the various locations of the university (e.g. 10 minutes walk to the Kollegienhaus or the Audimax)
