The object is a single-family house consisting of first floor (first floor) and attic (attic) with additional attic converted for residential purposes. The building has a partial basement.

The original year of construction is approx. 1914. In 1970 there was an extension on the first floor. Substantial modernizations were made in the period from 2000. Starting with the modernization of the bathroom in the attic and replacement of the windows (ca. 2000), renewal of the gable roof (ca. 2005) to the modernization of the bathroom on the ground floor (ca.2020).

On the ground floor there is a bedroom, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a bathroom and additionally the guest toilet, a storeroom and the laundry room.

On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a large daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub. From one bedroom there is access to the quiet roof terrace.

The property is located in the historic center of Sternenfels on the southeastern edge of the district of Sternenfels with approx. 2,800 inhabitants.
In the neighborhood there are one- to two-story single-family houses, as well as a church and a public parking lot. To the east, the residential area borders on vineyards and a wooded area with the Schloßberg tower.

Stores for daily needs are located in the community. Several bus connections lead to the surrounding communities (Mühlacker, Pforzheim, Bretten).
