The remaining farm is in a secluded location.
The house is in need of renovation and is heated with gas.

The large stable building adjoins the house.
There is also a large machine hall measuring 31.80 x 14.10 x 4.50 meters (usable area 413.63 m²) on the property.
Both buildings were used to store caravans and boats.

There are two photovoltaic systems on the roofs (25.20 kW and 25.35 kW). These can be taken over, but are not yet included in the purchase price. They are fully fed into the Schleswig-Holstein grid. The contract runs until Nov.-Dec. 2028.

St. Annen is located between Lunden and Friedrichstadt. The large railroad bridge, built in 1916, forms the connection to the Eiderstedt peninsula. By car, the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt can be reached via the motorway bridge in 5 minutes/3 kilometers.

Shopping facilities are available in the neighboring town of Lunden as well as in Heide and Friedrichstadt. Medical care is also available in the rural central town of Lunden.The children have the opportunity to visit the kindergarten in Lunden.

Elementary school are located in Lehe or Lunden and secondary schools are located in Lunden. High schools can be attended in Heide or Husum and can be reached by bus and train.
