The buildings marked in gray can be demolished. Additional new construction is possible within the blue building lines. Historic preservation means considerable tax advantages for the buyer in case of building measures. This is regulated in §7i EStG (see also other files). The monument authority of the city of Bonn will be happy to advise you on site regarding a conversion, renovation and extension, if necessary with partial demolition, which is compatible with the preservation of monuments (see also expert opinion page -2-).
