The penthouse apartment was completed in July 2017. The floors are laid with beautiful wooden parquet; in the bathroom, with dark, large tiles. The walls are painted white, or tiled white in the bathroom. The ceiling height is 2.65 meters. The apartment receives light from three sides (west, north, and east), and there is also a window in the bathroom. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and equipped with interior blinds (except the north-facing windows, which do not have blinds).
Living Room:
The large living/dining room is very bright and offers access to the west-facing terrace.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with soft-close drawers and doors, a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and convection oven.
Bedroom:
The bedroom offers access to the east-facing terrace and includes a small storage area. This area is separated by a sliding curtain. Rooftop Terraces:

High-speed internet is available directly in the apartment via fiber optic cable. Currently, the speed is 300 Mbps through Mnet, but it can be upgraded to 1000 Mbps.
