In the Belum district of Kehdingbruch, we have developed four large building plots following the demolition of the old Meyer farm. At the moment, only one plot is still available for sale for the construction of a residential building in the midst of beautiful nature with an unobstructable southern view.

The plot no. 17 (parcel 63/9) has a width of approx. 28 meters and a depth of approx. 64 meters, the total area is 1,821 m².
In addition, there is the share of the access parcel 63/6 (25% of 1,265 m²) with 316 m².
The total area thus amounts to 2,137 m², the purchase price to EUR 85,480.00.
There is no B-plan for the site. You can therefore build as you wish.
However, the development should harmonize with the existing local development, in accordance with BauGB § 34 (neighbouring development).
There is also a generous regulation regarding the depth of the building window:
The southern building boundary - i.e. up to where you can build - runs 50 meters parallel to the southern bank of the "Kehdingbrucher Wettern" drainage canal.
This gives you plenty of scope to build the house as far away from the road as possible.

The plot is fully developed. Supply lines for electricity, water and telecommunications (empty fiber optic pipe) are located along the northern property boundary in the area of the shared driveway.
A private road (currently still a construction road) on the access plot connects all the building plots to the main road via the Wetternbrücke bridge.
The bridge itself has been reinforced with a solid reinforced concrete slab so that even heavy construction vehicles can pass over it.
By the way: In cooperation with Deutsche Glasfaser, empty conduits were laid right up to the property so that nothing stands in the way of a fiber optic connection. With 1,000 MBit/sec you are quickly connected to the whole world!
As the village does not have a public sewage system, the wastewater has to be treated on site in small sewage treatment plants. Electroless small wastewater treatment plants (e.g. from Biorock, Klärchen or ClearFox), which are easy to install and require little maintenance, have proven their worth in the area.

The building plot is located in Belum, in the Kehdingbruch district, on the former "Alter Meyer-Hof" estate.
The nearest larger towns of Cadenberge and Otterndorf
- with schools, shopping facilities, DIY stores, post office, banks, doctors, pharmacies, authorities,
train stations - are only a few minutes' drive away. You can reach Cuxhaven and the beaches of the North Sea via the B 73 in just under half an hour.
The building plot is located at the eastern entrance to the village, not far from the "Deichschlippe/Auestade" junction on the L 144 national road.
You can reach it via a bridge over the Kehdingbrucher Wettern and a shared private road, currently still a construction road.
The corridor of wetterns and adjacent biotope strip with old trees provide a high degree of

In addition to the pure land costs, there are the proportionate costs for surveying, land registry and notary amounting to approx. EUR 1,800.00.
