Adalbert-Stifter-Weg 2a, 85570 Markt Schwaben – BayernThis beautiful semi-detached house was built in 2015. Anyone who has already had a prefabricated house knows all the advantages of this house. We built this house for ourselves and furnished it lovingly.
This DHH has energy efficiency standard KfW 70.
All rooms in the house are bright and equipped with large windows with triple glazing.
The facade was painted 4 years ago and looks like new.
On the first floor there is a guest WC with built-in shower and large washbasin.
Right at the entrance is a hallway with access to the upper floor and ground floor via a bright staircase (maple).

In the garden there is also a garden shed with plenty of space for equipment, tires, drinks, bicycles and much more.
Next to the house is a carport with photovoltaics and a size of 7x3.50m. Photovoltaic is not only on the carport but also on the roof of the house as well as on the garden house and on the lounge.
The entire photovoltaic system has an output of approx. 20kWp.
A charging station with a capacity of 11kW is installed under the carport and thus the possibility of charging e-cars is given.
The house has a gas heating system with an annual consumption of 7800kWh and thus the monthly charge for heating at current prices is approx. 70,- €.
On the whole is very warm and very well insulated house which has no high utility costs.
