The living room is comfortably furnished with a couch, a comfortable récamiere with stool. A TV cabinet with a 60-inch flat screen TV (cable TV) and a Bluetooth radio is also available.

The bedroom has a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, two closets, plenty of storage space and a TV. Bed linen is provided.

The bathroom has just been renovated.

The apartment is overall quiet and is located in a well-maintained 3-person residential unit. There is plenty of free parking near the apartment.
