With a floor area of 27 m², the 1-room apartment has a very practical layout. The bright and friendly apartment has recently been completely modernized and is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your luggage.

The living room and hallway have been fitted with new high-quality real wood parquet flooring and anthracite-colored tiles have been laid in the kitchen and bathroom.

You enter the apartment on the 1st floor via the hallway, where an entrance area with space for your wardrobe and shoes awaits you.

To the left of the hallway is the living room, where you will find a single bed, a TV on the wall and a TV shelf.

The kitchen is located in an alcove on the right and is equipped with a new white fitted kitchen with a dark worktop and new brand-name electrical appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer).
