All walls have been stripped of wallpaper, and all walls and ceilings have been sanded, plastered, smoothed, and painted (no wallpaper), giving the apartment a very pleasant, somewhat Mediterranean feel. The kitchen includes a double hob, refrigerator, a large cupboard, and one base cabinet. The apartment has been fitted with new window glass, which significantly improves thermal insulation.
